After 10 yeras in the uk i managed to pop home for my bros wedding. When home I met Mel. Well, never was a firm believer of love at first site but it happened and I love it!!!

Well its the day of reckoning
Just wanted to say a MASSIVE thank you to everyone who voted for me and hopefully helped the judges make there decision to bring this kiwi home. I wish everyone else who entered all the best and hope to be sharing a beer or two on the plane with you.
To Mel... my sweet girl and the reason I'm dong this- You are everything to me honey and I can't wait to be back in your arms again. No more tears ok :). Win or lose I will be with you as soos as I can be. My life is missing a link and thats you.

Dear Judges
I just had a long conversation with Melanie and I decided that you have to let me have a ticket now. I can't stand to be without her.
If I win I not i will go home to her, but the funds are a bit slim and any help is appreciated.

Can't beat true love! Having been in a round the world dating cycle for five years, I am now married to a fabulous Dutch/Canadian and know what it is like to rely on phone calls, emails and MARMITE to get you through the long breaks of not seeing the other person! I absolutely do not like to allow any applications to my FB because of privacy and security...however I finally forced myself to for my old friend Melanie(Mel). I have known her 23 or 24 years and watched how she has been so cautious and apprehensive to date and mostly devoting her life to outdoor activities to the extreme. Before I found out about this contest I spoke with her and said I noticed a real change and thought this absolutely must be love at first sight and she confirmed!!! I think it is darling that they are so dedicated and entering this contest "Bringing Home The Kiwi's" and what a chance you have given to offer it! Blessings!!

AND they LOVE it! Dave will probably be adding it to the shopping list for me to pick up from the supermarket, but until he wins that ticket back to NZ, this American won't be buying any Marmite!

Plea for true love!!
Been in the UK for 10 years now and recent trip home made me want to stay. In fact I nearly didn't get on the plane back!!
The love and support of friends and family has been overwhelming so its now time to go home. Problem is, i just can't afford it.
Mine is not a plea of poverty, but love. I met an amazing girl during a recent visit to NZ and we are in LOVE. I am ready to go home and stay home.
I will do anything to get home to her.

I was in Scotland with Dave, driving the car and in the middle of the traffic he stopped the car, and ask a lady driver on the hard shoulder, whether he can help fixing her car, as it would not start. I was amazed that these people still exist...

Sure, you may have 100,000 facebook friends to vote for you but it doesn’t necessarily mean you’re on the plane. It’s a quality, then quantity rule round here. We’ll be making our decision based on originality and creativity, how well your entry fits with the values of the Marmite brand, then popularity.
