The Royal Flush
I've only played poker a few times, but of what I know this is a pretty decent hand! Marmite, please get me this winning hand that'll get me home for Christmas! Faithfully a marmite spreader, Natalie.

It's amazing what an impact this whole campaign is having. There are dozens of people here in Ohio who have now heard of Marmite through you - and many have even been brave enough to try it!

Koru
Mum picked these korus from the garden. Amazing! / / As the contest draws to a close, I want to say a huge thanks to everyone who's shown me all this support! This has been a really fun project to work on. Since it started, I can't count how many friends here have asked me, "So, what is this marmite stuff?" at which I describe to them about this delicious salty toast spread from back home, best eaten with butter or melted cheese. It's like it's a mysterious keyword that some people are in on. / / Hope to share and spread more Marmite when I get to stock up on the stuff!

Hard at work with marmite
Mum and Terry hard at work with the digger... then taking a lunch break... Those trusty marmite sandwiches =)
26 October 10 at 6:59pm
Ain't no easy work balancing Marmite on the digger over rain sunken driveway. Still, munching on Marmite's the only smart way!

Cake Vs. Steak
The last time I celebrated my birthday at home was in 2006, when I turned 18! A couple weeks later, I took off to study in America to start my 4+ year program. (Check out my American birthday steak from 2007 - complete with candles and all!) Marmite, my birthday's on December 14th - it would be awesome if you could send me home, just in time to spend that day with my friends and fam!
13 October 10 at 7:46pm
This was a huge cake which served 50+ people. That afternoon she had just done a fund raising recital (for her studies in USA) and was asked to pop over next door by our neighbour...then she walked into a big "surprise"! at which she nearly fainted, "Oh my gosh, oh my gosh!" was all she could say... Our Natalie is such an unassuming girl adored by everyone back home. A lot of people who shared her 18th birthday cake hasn't seen her since. We miss her painfully. Please let our baby come home for her birthday. She is named Natalie because she was born 10 days before Christmas Eve - "Natalie" meaning Christmas child.

Dreaming of a warmer Christmas...
Today's weather: low of 10 degrees (still Autumn!) and gray, rainy skies, reminded me of last winter here in Cleveland - see below! (Pic 1: my street last year; Pic 2: snowing down hard!! Pic 3: the view from my apartment) This is the kind of Christmas I would LOVE to skip out on this year! Would much rather spend time with family at home, with some sun and warmth and open doors!
7 October 10 at 3:56pm
Just to clarify: it was 10 degrees Celsius yesterday, not Fahrenheit =) That'll come later in the year..

300 votes!!! And #2: Downtown Auckland
Thank you for 300 votes! I took this picture on Tamaki Dr around the bays. I love downtown because there's SO much going on, the skyline is awesome (the sky tower is our prima donna of course), it's right by the waterfront and there's plenty to eat! MARMITE, please take me back to my hometown so I can enjoy new year's celebrations here!

Favourite Spots #1: On top of the world!
I thought I would share with you some of my favourite spots... Marmite, I would love to go back to see all these places! #1: Soaking up the sun and wind, at One Tree Hill with my sister. This is DEFINITELY a favourite - barbeques in Summer, muddy touch rugby and windy runs in Winter, strolls through Twin Oaks Drive in Autumn... not to mention the sunsets and star watching at the top of the hill!

Intro...
This is my fourth year overseas, and I haven't seen a NZ summer since 2007. I definitely would pass up the whole white Christmas deal to spend Christmas at home this year!
I'm in America and I'm a musician, but I love to take photos as you can see - wherever I go, I soak it up by taking hundreds of pictures. I'll be sure to take many more if I get a chance to go home this year!
Many more pictures to come... of NZ and my current location

Judging
Sure, you may have 100,000 facebook friends to vote for you but it doesn’t necessarily mean you’re on the plane. It’s a quality, then quantity rule round here. We’ll be making our decision based on originality and creativity, how well your entry fits with the values of the Marmite brand, then popularity.
