As a bartender i am always looking for new and interesting creations to make at work. Although i havnt made this at the bar yet im thinking that it could be a big hit back home.
2 heaped teaspoons of marmite
12.5ml lemon juice
75ml tomato juice
12.5ml worcester sauce
dash of salt and pepper
1/4 cucumber
Garnish with lemon wedge and a cucumber slither
Method:
Muddle Cucumber
Add the rest of the ingredients

Day 1 - The tail of the Marmite famine
Kia Ora all and mighty!
My Marmite famine began about 15 months ago as i headed to the Motherland to play a season of rugby for an English club in Suffolk.
I came over with high expectations of myself and did achieve some of my goals but found it hard not to get caught up with the rugby boys way of life and living in a foriegn land.
Following the rugby season i swifly departed the UK for Europe for 3 months of awesome times meeting some great people and seeing some spectacular places. I am now in Edinburgh where im working as a Bartender.
I remember last christmas was the first that our family had ever not been together... even though was having a white christmas making snowmen having snowfights i was with a random family in England and it just didnt feel right not being outside with the whanau playing some backyard cricket, bbq blazing and binge eating.
Christmas this year is going to be much better... i think im going to have Marmite on my Pavalova

Sure, you may have 100,000 facebook friends to vote for you but it doesn’t necessarily mean you’re on the plane. It’s a quality, then quantity rule round here. We’ll be making our decision based on originality and creativity, how well your entry fits with the values of the Marmite brand, then popularity.
