The Prize

What's the prize?

Well it's a pretty good one, we think. And there's 100 of them, one for every year Marmite's been in NZ. So, if you are one of our 100 chosen ex-pats, you'll land yourself a fully-paid one-way trip home to NZ, from (almost!) anywhere in the world.

What about us Kiwis in NZ?

Truth be told, we're pretty fortunate to be home already, with a plentiful supply of Marmite, so what you get is the joy of friends and family home for Christmas. Really, what more could you ask for?

The details

If you are selected as one of our 100 lucky Kiwis, you will be flown home to Auckland, NZ, from one of the international airports below. We’ll fly you home either directly (or maybe including a limited stop-over), depending on how far you are travelling and where you are coming from.

Obviously, there are a few parts of the world where getting you back to NZ will be a bit of a mission, but we will try our best, so bear with us.

We’ll be notifying our 100 winners by Sunday 14th November 2010, and will be scheduling flights to arrive here in Auckland at or around Wednesday 8th December 2010 – so you need to make sure you are free to travel at this time of year!

What's not included?

Firstly, and let's be clear on this – the prize is a one-way economy ticket, not a return. We want to bring our Kiwis home, not send them back again. If you win a ticket home and want to return after coming back to NZ, the guys at Air New Zealand will sort you out with a good deal.

Secondly, as much as we'd love to, we're not covering any transfer costs to or from airports, any luggage costs, accommodation costs, or any other additional cost associated with travelling to Auckland, NZ.

And we’re not offering any spending money when you get here – you’ve got Mum for that. We are shelling out big bucks for 100 air fares after all

So Kiwis, good luck. Make your entry something special and we'll be seeing you at home soon, in the best little place in the world. It's our shout.

Judging

Sure, you may have 100,000 facebook friends to vote for you but it doesn’t necessarily mean you’re on the plane. It’s a quality, then quantity rule round here. We’ll be making our decision based on originality and creativity, how well your entry fits with the values of the Marmite brand, then popularity.
